Gorgeous vintage playful puppy dog approx 8.5cm tall and 12.5cm long Marked 1646, sylvac, made in England. No chips, cracks or repairs to be found, there is clean age crazing when you look under magnification, which is a good sign it is vintage and not a post 1980 copy.
